The ingredient of Oven-Fried Chicken

  1. 1 cup buttermilk baking mixture combination
  2. u2153 cup chopped pecans
  3. 2 teaspoons paprika
  4. u00bd teaspoon salt
  5. u00bd teaspoon poultry seasoning
  6. u00bd teaspoon dried sage
  7. 1 (2 to 3 pound) summative chicken, cut into pieces
  8. u00bd cup evaporated milk
  9. u2153 teaspoon butter, melted

The instruction how to make Oven-Fried Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 13x9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a shallow dish, supplement the biscuit mix, pecans, paprika, salt, poultry seasoning and sage.
